This session includes:

Training

In-Person QuestionPoint Training

The schedule for in-person QuestionPoint Training is now set! Mindy Tran from OCLC will be providing hands-on training in using the QuestionPoint software, including chat, email, and question management.

Each session will follow the same agenda. For the sessions in Salem and Hillsboro, attendees are asked to provide their own laptops in order to have a hands-on experience.
